Konica Minolta c4650 0094

Hi
Need help this printer had error code 0094 random error code appears.
It will make a grinding noise before code comes on open and close side door and it may go away for while.
Checked tech site and the guide plate on 2nd transfer is on the right way round.
Any more ideas please.

On the Magicolor C4650 that 0094 code is XFER DETACH 2

2nd image transfer pressure / retraction failure
• The 2nd image transfer retraction position sensor

is not activated or deactivated (retracted position) within a

given period of time after the retraction

sequence of the 2nd transfer roller has been

started.

Have you located that sensor (PS10 sensor #6 in the diagram)and tried to clean it? If the sensor is not the problem motor M3 or the drive coupling may be the problem. With that grinding noise you describe it may very well be the motor or the coupling.
