same issue or different problem??? 12x18 where the paper tare's is usualy in the same place, swaped fusers still happening.

almost 1.8m on the meter, well taken care of.. hard to see where the tare is happening, we have tried to stop it while running but hard to do...

What kind of finisher? Does it do it going into subtray? Looks like its after fuser.

Took off RU and SD etc..

final found it catching on exit wheels (black and white ones)...

took off 2-3 on that side, no more nicks/dog ears...

now trying to figure out 9301...

for the 93-01 i would try swapping the motors in the adu. or it could possibly be a sensor in the adu as well not flagging. its a mess swapping out the motors but it will provide a great test.

we swaped motors and replaced a sensors ---

what code will show after swaping motors...
