C5500 (Ikon 550C) developer initialization help & 2470 code?

    C5500 (Ikon 550C) developer initialization help & 2470 code?

    We're not techs & just put a new cyan developer unit & developer in our Ikon 550C. Turned the machine on &
    got in service mode to do developer initialization & it throws a 2470 code. Installed new drums & T belt yesterday &
    it was doing fine. How do I do the cyan developer initialization & clear the 2470 code?

      Not to sound rude but it is time to call a tech. This is not a enduser friendly machine and if not done correctly will cost more in the long run then the small amount of time it would cost to have the tech come and do it for you.

          Very true. Its up & running after I re seated one drum & did a re start. Thanks again & we've got a tech coming tomorrow, too.
