[CQ] C451 Black Dev Bias in Morning

    Hi,

We have a Konica C451 and first thing on a morning it has a grey blemish over the trail edge of the page, very similar to the bad bias contact issue.
    Konica have instructed:
    • Bad bias as per the modification of the imaging unit lock.
    • PH Unit causing the bad bias (I've had this before)
    • drop in voltage from HV board(s)
    • Enviroment

It only does it first thing, this morning for example it printed 5 copies off and they had the blemish however after that it had gone and they were able to use the machine as normal, it isn't always 5 copies it varies day to day, some days it's only one, some its a few hours and they've done quite a bit.

    Things we've already done:
    • Updated firmware
    • Changed Black IU
    • Changed HV 1&2 Board
    • Changed PH Unit
    • It has the modification on the black iu to stop the movement to compensate the bias issue

Konica have now said it is an enviroment issue however the customer has had this mahine since may 2011 and a C353 before this, the enviroment is in a warm office where heating on 24 hours a day on a decent heat.

    Any help would be welcomed

    Kenny
