We have a Konica C451 and first thing on a morning it has a grey blemish over the trail edge of the page, very similar to the bad bias contact issue.
Konica have instructed:
It only does it first thing, this morning for example it printed 5 copies off and they had the blemish however after that it had gone and they were able to use the machine as normal, it isn't always 5 copies it varies day to day, some days it's only one, some its a few hours and they've done quite a bit.
Things we've already done:
Konica have now said it is an enviroment issue however the customer has had this mahine since may 2011 and a C353 before this, the enviroment is in a warm office where heating on 24 hours a day on a decent heat.
Any help would be welcomed

Konica have instructed:
- Bad bias as per the modification of the imaging unit lock.
- PH Unit causing the bad bias (I've had this before)
- drop in voltage from HV board(s)
- Enviroment

Things we've already done:
- Updated firmware
- Changed Black IU
- Changed HV 1&2 Board
- Changed PH Unit
- It has the modification on the black iu to stop the movement to compensate the bias issue
