I went to one costmer for problem in c284,that no cyan and black is printing.drum,dev,hv also ok
i thought it is due to ph unit.
i checked hv,drum,dev.
here two colours ARE printing.y and m only.
how can i cheak c ,k IN PH UNIT.
its single laser unit.
