Bizhub 500 scan to email issue

Dear All,

would like to ask whether any setting to do if i want this machine to scan thru exchange server?

confirm the smtp address OK. once i hit the start button, the doc finish scan, error "job is done improperly" appear on the screen.

did you go in to admin>network>email and set all tabs up correctly?
This includes but not limited to the following
ssl, ip address of the exchange server, user name, password, port number

did you go to admin>administrator registraton and set both the admin email and machine email correctly?

Go to job status
job details
scan
history
highlight deleted job touch details on right
post the error message in upper right and middle right error code (if it has one)
