1. I came this message: Need to replace fusing unit soon. I entered the secret service menu but I've got ears because I figured out where I can reset? can someone help me.

2. whole secret service menu I tried to find where I can adjust the amount of toner. I know it has a gradation between 100 and 250. want to achieve a higher concentration for the color black.

Perhaps someone guide me?

If you are a user, call a tech. If you are a tech, you should know better than to post a question without stating the model. Maybe you should buy a manual.
