    KM C300 when faxing it just says Now Scanning

    So everything works fine. But when trying to send a fax the ADF scans the document but the dispay just sticks on now scanning. If you press stop the screen changes to job is stopping but never goes away. You have to turn the machine off to reset.
    Any ideas?

      We just got these 2 C300 machines in and they both do the same thing. Neither have the hard drives but I have never seen that keep a machine from faxing before.

          Nevermind I got it. Hard drive was installed but was "unset". As soon as I changed it to installed and rebooted it seems to work.
