Using C500 like B/W copier?

I have one c500 and i want to use it for B/W copier.
Any chance to turn off mesage No Toner for CMY colors?

This is a COLOUR copier/printer. The answer is no.

Absolutely! Install CMY toners and then copy in B&W to your heart's content.

Why not get urself a bizhub 950 or a Ricoh 1357/1107/907? I'm pretty sure click charge is rather expensive on c500...
