    Bizhub C450 error - Power on the controller

    C450 was moved to a new location, now displays 'Power on the controller' message. Fiery X3eTY changed, still have message. Help!

      Check the connectors between fiery and machine.
      Check controller type in service mode.
      Check power cord to fiery.
      Make sure Fiery hdd is good.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

              Thanks Mr. Spock. Yep, did all that - Fiery and cables exchanged with working C450. Somewhere I saw a post about the SCSI connector inside. Still fishing!

                  Found the problem. The piggyback board on the copier board (PWB-CF) had come loose.
