Bizhub C451 PQ ISSUE

Hi Guys I have a bit of a strange one.

Im getting image ghosting (below) black letters when printing A4, strange thing is when i swap the paper tray to A4R it stops. I half expected it to ghost to the side. I've changed the black drum/transfer belt and fusing unit and still getting the same thing. I've attached the two test prints that i have done from the same tray. Any help would be great.
