    Bizhub C350 with C12C0 error code

    Does this mean hard drive needs changing or remounted? Please advise. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

          I'd have to look up the code.
          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

              It's a hard drive connectivity to mfp pwb code. Customer now says machine in storage for a year. Have not been there yet but wanted to be prepared for call. I will go into Tech Rep mode/system input/hard drive and do an evaluation from there. Thanks. Frank
