Any idea what does it means?
No information in service mode neither in the service manual
I have Bizhub C652/C552/C452 service manual field service Ver2.0

Are you sure about the code? I checked manual version 3.0 but no result. I remember with older models this code had something to do with the paper lift drive of the manual feed, did you checked that?

There are always special error codes on every machine that aren't in any service manual. They are for the people who wear white shirts and ties to know in the head office only.

You will probably need to "contact the responsible people of KMBT"

Check if the HDD is set to installed (Service Mode)

The CC211 code is a communication error between the HDD and theauthentication device. The HDD may have some malfunction if the steps above do
not resolve the situation.

Turn off authentication device in billing mode and make sure hdd is installed in service mode > system 2
If this does not work and replacement of Hdd does not work then troubleshoot nvram.

After a logical and physical HHD format the copier start working again,
but when I restart it the service code back.

I just installed the Hard Drive, machine start working fine, thanks for all the inputs

How do you flash the nvram??? I have the same problem, I have tried HDD and firmware.
Also before the code it says "licence management error"??
Machine worked no problem for 2 months. Switched on one day and the message appeared.
