bizhub 600 error C-1002

Hi Guys,

I have a problem on a FS-504 on a Bizhub 600, I'm getting a C-1002 error code. Finisher doesn't work.
In SM: start response error detection abnormality. P/N: FNSCB 15JK -901 1

any ideas?

Need to check the connector that is between fs and copier. Can be oxidized or be disconnected or broken cable. Also can you better check and plaque from fs.
