[Misc] Bizhub C252 scan to FTP

Good day.

anyone try to do the scan to ftp using hostname?
i try to do it with ip address, it works, but using hostname name, it can't scan thru.

i have put the the DNS in the network setting, but it seems cannot get reply from the ping command from the machine.

any help will be much appreciated.

What DNS did you put in? How is your network structured and where is the DNS server?
