hard drive question

I'm a Sharp tech and we took some Konica Minolta machines in on trade that we are going to junk. The customer would like the hard drives pulled and returned to him. My question is, on a Di2010F and Di250, do they have hard drives and where are they located in the machine? Thanks for any info you can provide.

On the Di2010f probably not. But you can print a config page and it will say if it is installed. The di250 none on board.

Thanks for the reply. We don't have power in the warehouse where they are stored so I can't power up the machines. On the 2010, if it did have one, where would it be?

Hard drive was an option on the Di2510, it would be behind the back cover if it had one.

It does help. I opened up the back and tore out about half the stuff back there and nothing, so I'm saying it doesn't have one. Thanks a lot for the help.
