    Bizhub C35 freezing up due to disabled TCP/IP

    Hi
    One of our boys disabled Tcp/ip by mistake.
    Now the machine freezes up constantly. Once we go in to admin mode it will freeze and wont allow us change any settings.. I can go to service mode as I wanted to re flash it but it wont allow us.
    Any ideas please.

      As far as updating firmware there is another method. If you can connect the C35 to a computer with a USB cable and install driver on USB port. Go to KM site and download the utility called firmware updater. This will allow you to flash firmware over the USB cable by selecting the print driver. Instructions are in the service manual.

          The problem was in a small board (SID board) ' If you swap one from another machine it will allow TCP/IP to be enabled again then refit original SID board.
