Can't delete administrator password bizhub 501

Bizhub 501 couldn't boot up, stoping at sand clock.I copied system software from another bizhub 501 and copied it to the CFCARD of bizhub 501 whit problem.

I can't get in admin mode coz password is incorect. When i try to change password by going into enhanced security ( stop-0-clear) and when i type the last 8 digit machine froze! and 8 digit is minimum for new password.

Machine is printing scaning and evrything else.

Typical problem for the 501...You have to download the base firmware, copy and paste it to the CF card, then install each level of firmware through service mode until you are current. You may also get a license management error doing this that can only be resolved by contacting the LMS group and requesting an initialize code..You must record all the serial #s in SYSTEM 1 as they may be lost during the 1st step for entry when you are done.
