    C252 stop half way during adf scan

    Hi guys,

    Anyone face this problem before? Whenever I use adf scan, paper will stop half way, it doesn't show jam or error code occurs, seem like a pause after paper had reach small glass.

    However using platten glass, it doesn't bring problem...

    I wonder this is the board issue or my setting problem..

    Anyone can advise??

      This happens when scanning 1-side 2-side?
      Does this happen when performing ADF paper passage in SM?
      I don't like the new copier I just bought. It says "put face down" but every time I do it, it blinds my eyes.

          Both are the same when scanning 1-sided n 2-sided....
