bizhub C300 printing Blank at bottom 3rd.

I was getting a small black line across the middle of all copies so I removed the image film belt and fuser unit, cleaned them off and re-installed. Now the bottom 3 1/2" of the page are blank. No image on the bottom third on the operators side no matter what size paper I use. What'd I do?
I've pulled them both back and re-inserted many times to no avail.
Any suggestion on what went wrong or What to look for?
