Bizhub C351 - C0204 Tray 2 Elevator Failure

Hi,

I moved our C351 to a new location and now I get a C0204 error code. I think it got dammaged on the move.

I've made a video:

The Motor lift up two times and let it fall again.

The tray looks okay no cracks and behind the tray looks all okay.

Do you have an idea how to resolve this problem?

Replace the tray lift motor......

got same problem... checked connections already... so i guess its time to replace the lift motor but i cant find any part number.

anyone knows part number of tray lift motor or tray 2? for this machine? and opc drum for magenta part number too.
