    Konica Minolta c224

New machine, 3 weeks old. Skewing from tray 2 only, by 2mm+. I have swapped tyres, cleaned guide and mylar with no success. seems improved if front is side door is pushed in. Don't have experience on this machine. Can anyone suggest how to improve the skew?

I would make sure the side door is not skewed, check the hinges. I did go to training on that machine and the door could cause problems with skew if it's not sitting straight on the machine.

In the right side door, where paper comes out of the tray. There is a clear plastic guide. It locks in on each end. I've had a few machines, where one of the sides would pop out of place and cause skewing.
