Insert Card in Konica Minolta bizub 250

Hi, i have konica minolta bizhub/develop 250, i am facing problem in this copier, giving messege Insert Card,,,, i hav no any equipment for Card,,, how i can off this option from the programm,,,actually my customer was using the equipment related card,,but now he remove this equipment,,but machine still ginving messege "Insert Card".. can you help out

Need to go into billing mode and turn off the card reader.
Need a manual or a trained tech to find out how to get into billing mode.
