    bizhub 500 ADF problem

    the bizhub 500 no detect document in ADF tray.
    i check the ADF sensors on sensor check mode code 60 all sub code is work
    when i put the document in ADF tray polygon motor turn rotate on but after press start key then scan from glass
    when adf door is open that say close the door.
    every thing is ok but no fading from ADF

    please help me

          Check the actuator that the adf depresses to tell the machine it is up or down. Sometimes they get stuck in the down position. What about the actuator that detects the paper document is there?

              i check all sensor of ADF
              PS5 on ADF (original empty sensor)
              PS7 on ADF (cover open)
              SW3 on main body (DF open)
              all is ok
