I am having a problem with scan to email on a Bizhub C450 with IC-402. In the Job list, it says "Scanning completed" but i am not receiving anything.
I have tried to access "Web Tools" But everytime after i have typed the password. The screen goes blank, and nothing more happens. Tried different browsers but they all goes blank.
Java installed is the newest version.
I have also tried to configure the settings on the panel, with no luck.
Do anyone have a suggestion on how to access webtools, is there any tools or a specific browser which can access webtools?
I know that configuring scan to email is a pain in the ass with the old fiery controllers. And i have once upon a time on a C451 done so it was scanning with emperon controller and printing with fiery.
But as i can read in here, this cant be done on C450?
