Error code ''F28'' for Konica 2223 copier

    Hi Guys,

I'm not very familiar with Konica brands, just the other day i recieved a 2223 model and it displayed a error code ''F28'', with no service manual to guide me i have decided to seek your help on this issue.

Please could someone help me out on this? many thanks!!!

I could only find 1 old konica manual and it is for a 2125. It does not list that code. However, my manual shows a F34 as a fuser code, so I don't think it is fuser related. Have you unplugged any add ons like doc feed or extra paper cabinets or sorter to see if it clears?

Haven't done that, well i might give it a go to see if it will clear the message. Will let you know if it does clear the error code.

      Thanks!
