Jamming every 46 pages on C6501

I have a C6501 that is jamming exactly every 46 pages (92 Images) on SRA3 duplex, only when printing from Fiery each time generating jam code J-9301. If you run several hundred test prints 16 using SRA3 media from the engine there are no jams at all so this virtiually eliminates a problem with the engine With A3, A4 media etc there are no problems. This customer only does variable data printing, and one thing I have noticed is that the available memory on the machine drops to something lilke 15-20% during a run so I am thinking memory control board, hard drives etc but cannot be 100% sure, firmware has been re-flashed. The jamming at 46 pages really has me stumped, has anyone ever seen this or have any ideas.

Did you take a look at the bulleting regarding J-9301 jam codes when duplexing? Check it out.
