front and back registration

hi guys,

has anyone encountered this problem: front and back registration is not good. The shift of the cutting marks on the back side is almost 3mm when running. I can exactly shoot the 2 corners, upper left and lower right, but the two sides does not fall correctly. This problem occurs for large paper sizes especially SRA3.

I have replaced already the registration unit but not good.

Anyone encountered this problem?

The model is bizhub 1051... Sorry I didn't mention it in my post a while ago

adjust your zoom and loop...

may be getting some shifting.

Does this happen from all trays or just PF?

The paper comes from tray1&2 only, no PF.
I can shoot the registration on the first page but when I run multiple pages, there is a shift of about 2mm
There is also a skew in the upper portion of the paper
