copying in progress

hi guys,

I have a problem with 1 of our Bizhub 920 in field. The problem is that it only displays "copying in progress". The drum motor rotates for about 5 seconds and stops, same true with the registration unit and the fusing unit. They all turn for 5 seconds and then stops and turn again and and turn again. the only thing is that the feeding motor does not turn on.

We have replaced the control boards, memory, driving unit but still no improvement.
Any suggestions?

If charge and transfer cleaning have been turned off turn them back on. There is a software bug in certain versions of software that causes this. You can also upgrade the software.

Some bizhub 950`s do that when they try to run small-size originals thru doc. feeder.
