minolta bizhub 500 paper jam
hi guys i have got my machine biz-hub 500 its jamming on the registration section,i have tried to change the registration sensor and the clutch but the problem still continues,does any have an idea about this problem,please help i am stranded.

Rebuild the feed units, new rollers and one ways. Tray two also has two clutches. I just shotgun these issues because it's a pain to constantly dismantle -

Is the paper buckling at the reg unit? If so there is a mylar guide inside that unit between the rollers that will get chewed up and cause jams. It maybe easier to replace the unit and throw on some new reg./conveyance clutches.Comment
