drum unit compatability between KM c452 and develop ineo c452

a client have a develop ineo c452 and he would like to buy drum unit of the konica minolta c452 instead of the develop ones.i am not sure about it ,but as far as i know this could not be done due to different chips.am i correct or not?please can someone give me the correct answer.

In Australia I can confirm they are the same unit.
Europe, I have no idea.

I know that as a dru unit these are the same,but is also the chip the same I

We are a DEVELOP dealer but we have many KM machines that we look after.
The ineo+ 452 drum and dev units work in the bizhub version without issues.

Rest assured, they do work. And----just for trivia....Develop and Minolta signed a partnership agreement in the 1980's but sometime after 2010---- Develop and Konica Minolta have now completely merged......so you'll probably see most things in the future work in both brands.

Confirm from Europe (Switzerland). Our machines are all ineo+ and I can confirm that it is one in the same machine. All parts/firmware are interchangeable.
