    Is it only on cyan?
I would say that something is touching the belt during development and scratches off the toner that was laid down.
Or maybe the paper is getting in contact with something right before the fusing unit.

What is the stock thickness, does it only happen on heavy weight stock? Also like previous reply does it only effect cyan? Can you see the cyan lines on the drum surface prior to transfer onto the t,belt. Can you see the lines on the transfer belt prior to transfer to paper. Can you see the lines on the paper prior to fusing. These steps should isolate where your issue is.
      hope this helps
