BH-C-253, Scan name

On the BH-C-253 the FTP-scans have a name something like "SKMBT_C25313060911180.pdf". Is there a way to change this? Customer doesn't like the SKMBT in the name of the PDF's. To use the program keys is no solution cause he wants automatically date and time added when using one touch keys for storing addresses.

I Don't think there's a solution for that. You can change the "SKMBT...." to a different name but that won't solve the problem. You can name each file every time you scan it. Typing in a new name each time is, of course, very cumbersome. I have had several customers ask that same question.

Utility/Counter - Administrator Settings - Register Administrator - Input Machine Address.
Change the Device Name. This will appear in the scan filename instead of SKMBT. It will have an S at the beginning.
This is the best you can do as far as I have found.
