Bizhub 350 - Image Shifting After First Copy

Hi Everyone, I am an end user and have a Bizhub 350. Within the last few months I have been noticing that copys are being shifted and cut off in regular sized paper. Today I tested and realized that it only happens after the first copy... I can sit and make 1 copy at a time forever without problems - as soon as I do 2 or more, it gets shifted. I also noticed that after several copys, its seems to shift back for a few, then get bad again. I wondered if anyone has seen this type of problem before? Thanks, Chad

Sounds like the registration clutch on the inside of the right door.

yep, minoltaed is bang on.

and i bet if you do a long run of double sided it will jam too

Sounds like the registration clutch on the inside of the right door.

Fair to say this is not typically a user friendly type of repair?
