Re: P14 on Konica C451
You haven't mentioned if you've done the Image Stabilization and background resets after PH and or IU replacement. EmujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.Comment

Re: P14 on Konica C451
P-14 means there is a skew problem. There is a special firmware for this problem. PRCB is the only part that has to be flashed with this special firmware. So follow this step by step----1. Do "Skew Adjustment Reset" then run "Initialize+Image Stabilization"
2. Turn off copier.
3. Apply firmware GC1-22 for the Printer control. MFP firmware must be at atleast R5.
4 Do "Skew Adjustment Reset" then run "Initialize+Image Stabilization" again.
5. Turn off and on the copier.
6. Run Gradation for all three modes and then run Stabilizer again.
This procedure usually fixes P-14 codes.sigpicAnything can be made to work if you fiddle with it long enough- San Diego Copier Repair.comComment

We're also having this problem on a machine but we can't find the Special FW. Can you please provide that firmware?
