Wondering if anyone can help me with this one. We are/were an NEC Dealer, before they closed shop last Friday. Normally I can call the diagnostic center, and can obtain assistance. Unfortunately they are gone now, and I am having an issue with NEC IT-25C5 same as Konica C253. Machine shows "License Management Error." Anyone have instructions on how to reset this. And yes, I do have the service manual, but it does not provide any information on this topic.
