Konica Minolta C253 - "License Management Error."

Wondering if anyone can help me with this one. We are/were an NEC Dealer, before they closed shop last Friday. Normally I can call the diagnostic center, and can obtain assistance. Unfortunately they are gone now, and I am having an issue with NEC IT-25C5 same as Konica C253. Machine shows "License Management Error." Anyone have instructions on how to reset this. And yes, I do have the service manual, but it does not provide any information on this topic.

Problem-- MFP had license installed but was removed due to MFP board replacement. You must go through the LMS server and get your activation codes again.

Problem--MFP never had a license installed but is now generating error message. Could be due to missing/incorrect printer s/n. Check this 1st, if correct, then you will have to contact support to have them issue a initialize code to get rid of the message. THERE IS NO WAY AROUND THIS!!!! MFP will function just fine with the message displayed though. Emujo
