Just wondering if anyone has loaded external applications into the C284e series yet? We recently had a rep come up and load some into our stock and now we have sold the machine and i am unsure of how to remove them. Any suggestions?

You could initialize the machine from the service mode.
Service mode --> System 1 --> Initialization --> Clear All Data
CAUTION: It will clear all your settings on your printer!! -

havent done the training yet, but if its anything like an open api app i presume youd just need to format the hard drive.
could be very wrong though, there should be an easier way of deleting apps if end users can install them, but then again, theres a shit load of bugs in the new e series yet to be ironed out.Comment
