Ikon CPP650 Fiery S450-08 won't complete boot up

Have an Ikon Fiery S450-08 was working yesterday; today it gets to Windows logo at boot up with moving crawler at bottom which just continues to cycle and does not go to log on screen.

Guess I need the DVD Fiery install discs 1 and 2? Or is it something else I should be looking at in CMOS?

Any advice appreciated; or info on where I can score the dvd install discs.
