C220 producing wrong prints

    [Misc] C220 producing wrong prints

    dear all
    i have a printer C220 when ever i send work to it
    it gives me the following

    pcl xl error
    Error: ExtraData
    operator :ReadImage
    position :19



    some help, thanks

      I've had this problem recently.
      Replace drivers(try PS) and you should be fine.
      I don't like the new copier I just bought. It says "put face down" but every time I do it, it blinds my eyes.

          Re-install the PCL drivers. This is an issue with the drivers, the printer is fine. If this doesn't work, you might want to change to PS drivers.
