Anyone can help me? "usb port can not open" when i upgrade my bizhub500 using iswtrns.
I'm not sure my driver is missing,cause it can work before.It happened at my miniHP,but it work correct in my PC. So, i can not upgrade the Machine in the field,if i want,the Machine have to goes back to my office
NOTE: My PC and my mini HP running the same OS,win7 64 bit.
