Drum / Dev icon on screen on Konica C6501

I have replaced developer unit on magenta and replaced developer powder on all other unit, but the Konica C6501 wont erase the icons.
I have reset the count on drum and developer its still says 160 % have not reset to zero. not sure if there a way to reset it.
I have no idea why after changing the unit completely brand new developer unit and still says over 170%.
Is there some code thru software setting or something.
Can someone shed some light onto this.

The Drum counter should reset and the Page count for the Developer should reset. The distance count for the Developers will only reset if the Toner Density Sensor Init adjustment is performed.
