Resetting fusing unit for biz hub 43

Hi,
this is the same help i need because,
i wanted to reset the fusing unit for biz hub 43 ,
i have tried to open the fusing unit and found out that
it has a small diode but the small diode is not available on
market, and i tried to short it with a 63mA but still it failed
Does any one know which board is responsible for that
because i have another printer which has another fault
and it is a Bizhub43 but it aso displays System error please resart
but still i dont know what to do
some help if possible.if possible can any one tell me the procedures
of entering the service mode of biz hub 43

The fusing unit can only be reset if the machine shows the message, if you replace it sooner it will not reset.

If you replace it in between you can reset it with service tool software "MAKALU-210"
