    [Misc] Loosing date and time

    Hi Guys,

I've got a Bizhub 20. Lately it reverts back to the default date and time, even if we leave the machine on. At first I thought that it might be the battery pack, but surely if you leave the machine powered on it should save the date and time.

Have anyone else had such a problem or what could I look at.

    Regards,
    Eugene

Have you tried changing the battery?

I had that same problem on an analog Canon years back and that's what it turned out to be. The clock kept resetting even when left powered on.
