    Can anyone tell me what this error is on a bizhub C 253?

      Book says it is "SIO sending port...PIC/PIC terminal"
      relevant electrical part is the MFP board

      You can reset it, or try by turning the main power off and on

              You may try a firmware update, it might help.

                  I know what is causing the error. It deals with a vending device and scanning. I will be updating the firmware tomorrow on both devices
