i have konica buzhub223 and i'm trying that configure konica export logs. i used konica's software log management utility. i registered my device and when i go to menu of device(log management settings and when i try enable log reception from this device.i receive message

the device is not supported. 20002

my konica buzhub 223 have not internal hard disk. i don't know where's problem?can i export logs from my konica somehow?

Can you be more specific as to the KM program you are using??? Never heard of the "log management" utility ( only been with KM for about 5 years so may be before my time). If it's really a Page Scope product you will have to update as new MFPs are not supported by older versions of PSDA. Emujo

log management utility is part of page scope software data administrator with device set-up and utilities.sorry can you explain your shortcut MFP, KM, PSDA.

when is the last time you updated your version of PSDA?

my version of psda is 1.0.05000.09131. i download this version from site of konica

PSDA is up to date, however I don't see anything about log management as a plugin..See if you can find a current version of the plugin you want..

Took a little research, but, the audit log is stored on the HDD, BH223 does not have the HDD standard. Install HDD and the utility should work. Also, there is an updated version that works with Windows 8. Emujo

as i thought, first i must install hdd in my bizhub 223 that i can use log management utility.
