Print jobs occasionally halt with this briefly showing on the screen:

CODE: 0100E0037
XXXXX: RT 24000

Then the screen shows the K-M logo and then back to "Ready to copy".

Perhaps power supply as mentioned in a recent forum message or something else>

Try and clear image memory in the system boot up mode (cold reset switch), could also be corrupt firmware.
