Hello, I get the error C-2527 in my Konica Minolta Bizhub c353 during the printing process.
Did you solved this problem??

are you sure that is the error code you get. I can't find any documentation on that code within my service manual or the knowledge base

Try a trouble reset to see if it goes away by holding down the utility/counter key during boot up. Do trouble reset after each solution you try.

Try reinstalling the black toner and black image unit.

If still no good replace the black image unit.

Otherwise you have the motor that drives the image unit or the printer control board
