    [Error Code] how i can upgrade the firmware for bizhub

    Hello

    Firstly i am sorry for my bad English,
    How i can upgrade the firmware of my Bizhub 421 because i have a C-D203 error code,
    and some people says may be with upgrading firmware i can release the problem.

    could you help me please??

      If you're not a Konica tech, then you have no access to KM firmware. Someone may agree to sell it to you, but I would recommend that you call a tech out to assist. Emujo
