Konica/Monilta C203 faint copies

Have a customer that called and having problems with faint copies (color&black), drums look good, has plenty of toner. Do not normally work on these and was hoping for some guidance. Thanks

If just copies are faint, and prints are ok, I would check the optics. If copies and prints are faint, check life counters and replace as needed. Transfer belt and transfer roller are possible culprits.

There do not have it hooked up as a printer so I can not check that. It is just used as a copier. Thanks

You can do an internal print. Press "utility/counter" touch "User settings" touch "Printer settings" touch "Print reports" touch "Demo page" and press start.
