Konica Minolta Bizhub C253

Hi,


I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C253 machine displayed internal error and needed to be powered down. After doing so nothing displays on the screen. Only the orange and blue lights on the left are lit. Any help will be much appreciated.

blank screen, orange start button and both LED's on on the scanner would tell me the ram in bank 0 has failed.

swap the ram around and put bank 1 stick in bank 0 if the machine starts but crashes soon after you found your problem.

Replace both as a pair.
